Estrogen rising — push the heavier lifts this week.

A new kind of strength coach  ·  Now in beta

Strength,
in sync.

A strength coach that actually adapts to your cycle, your sleep, and your last set. Not population averages. You.

Private beta. No credit card — just an email.

Built for women who lift — through every stage their body moves through.

Cycle-aware training

Four stages.
One plan that adapts.

Your hormones shift across the month — energy, recovery, and how hard the same set feels. Auriga reads where you are and adjusts the work, so you ride the build window and back off when it counts.

Active phaseMenstrualDays 1–5

Menstrual

Days 1–5
Feels like

Bleeding days. Energy is often lower, sleep is lighter, and motivation can dip on day one or two.

The work

A time to ease off, not push.

How Auriga adapts

Auriga trims about 15% off volume, offers a lighter session option, and lets you skip the last accessory set without breaking your block.

Follicular

Days 6–13
Feels like

Estrogen climbing. Recovery sharpens, work capacity rises, and the same loads start to feel a little easier.

The work

Your build window — push intensity.

How Auriga adapts

Auriga adds a small volume nudge and surfaces top-set prompts on the main lifts, so you actually capture the phase instead of training through it flat.

Ovulation

Days 14–16
Feels like

Estrogen peaks, LH surges. A short, distinct strength window — many lifters feel sharpest here.

The work

PR window. The day to attempt a top set.

How Auriga adapts

Auriga flags the day as a PR window, prioritises heavy compounds over explosive work, and queues a main-lift attempt up front.

Late Luteal

Days 17–28
Feels like

Progesterone rising. Recovery slows, RPE drifts up, the same loads can cost noticeably more.

The work

Pull volume back, train to the day — not the plan.

How Auriga adapts

Auriga drops volume about 10%, expects higher RPE on the same loads, and trims the last set on one or two accessories when symptoms suggest it.

Backed by 30+ peer-reviewed studies on women’s strength training, hormones, and recovery.

Today's reading

Energy is rising.

Push intensity today. Peak in 2 days — plan a top-set attempt.

The problem

Most workout apps treat your body like a clock that doesn't change.
It does.

Your training shouldn't be the same on day 3 of your period and day 14. Your sleep, your symptoms, your last set — they all matter. Auriga pays attention.

The method

A coach, not a content library.

Three steps. Then it gets smarter every week — because your second cycle teaches it more than any database could.

01

Tell Auriga about you.

Your goals, your equipment, your cycle — and any symptoms or recovery markers you want it to factor in. Two minutes, no scrolling forever.

02

Train through your week.

Auriga builds the program. Hit your sets. Log how each one felt. The next set adjusts to what you just told it.

03

Watch your data become a coach.

Over your first cycle, Auriga starts to see your patterns. By the second, the recommendations are yours, not someone else's.

The Method

Not a logger. Not a tracker.
A coach.

Most fitness apps fall into one of two camps. We sit between them on purpose.

Auriga is the smart strength coach for women who lift.

The honest part

We don't pretend to know
your body better than you do.

Most cycle-aware apps tell you what an "average woman" should do in each phase. The science says individual variation is bigger than the average effect. So we don't pretend.

Auriga shows you the typical pattern as a starting point. After two cycles, your real data overrides it. The recommendations get better the longer you use it — because they get more specific to you.

The name

Auriga is a constellation
in the northern sky.

And in Greek myth, the charioteer who held the reins steady through every kind of weather.

We named the app after her because that's what we want it to do for you. Hold the reins of your training while the rest of life moves through its phases.

Why Auriga

Made for the women every other fitness app forgot — built because the strength apps treated us like an average, and the cycle apps had no idea what a deload was.

Auriga is currently in private beta with a small group of testers. Real quotes from real users will live here once the program grows. Until then, the only honest pitch is the one above.

Frequently asked

Real answers
to real questions.

Is Auriga for me if I'm postpartum?
Yes — once you're cleared by your provider, Auriga switches into postpartum mode. We use diastasis-safe substitutions and start lighter. Talk to your pelvic floor PT first if you have one.
What if I'm on hormonal birth control?
Auriga still works. Your cycle is suppressed, so we lean more on your sleep, RPE, and symptoms instead of phase predictions. The coaching adapts.
I don't track my cycle. Will Auriga still help?
Yes. The cycle layer is optional. Auriga becomes a smart strength coach that adapts to your sleep and recovery. Add cycle later if you want.
Do I need a gym?
No. You tell Auriga what equipment you have — barbell, dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, bodyweight only. Programs adapt.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. One tap, no questions, no retention call. We'd rather you come back when it's right.
Is my cycle data private?
Your data stays on your device by default. If you turn on cloud sync (Elite), it's encrypted. We never sell or share it. Ever.
